Focus Groups

In addition to more traditional focus groups or in-depth interviews iFocus from iReach, our online focus groups, are an ideal approach when traditional focus groups are not possible. These online focus groups involve 3-30+  individuals who “meet” online. The discussion takes place in realtime, and the moderator asks questions and probes just as they would in a traditional focus group.

Recruitment is subject to the same guidelines as traditional focus groups, and during the group, participants can adopt a pseudonym thereby allowing anonymity and sensitive issues to be discussed. A further benefit of on-line focus groups is that they allow respondents from any location to participate, and therefore reduce time and travel costs associated with traditional focus groups.
